Satory dojo at the seminar on January 27-28

Thanks to sempai Steve at Contact Kicks for the seminar invitation and for the opportunity of teaching the kumite class at the saminar .It turn a great teaching experience for me and also hope everybody had a chance to learn ,work out hard and have some fun.

Contact Kicks dojo hosted the winter seminar on 27-28 of January to be a success. Even with a small group the work-outs and the enthusiasm could not be better.
We covered all the curriculum from kihon(basic tehnikue) to weapons and kumite(sparring).
