We had the chance to train with shihan Monaco on Thursday, august 30. Shihan is the president of the United States Kyokushin Karate Organization with 35 years of training.
Shihan method of training is to promote thinking fighters and human beings and also to open your horizon to new ideas for training and enhancing kyokushin.
Shihan will be back in Denver for 12 weeks due to his work. We will look forward to to that.
We had an awsome time and a great experience.
