2008 KICKS

On Saturday December 29 we had our last class of the years and was hosted by Contact Kicks and sensei Steve Fogarasi. We kicked 2008 kicks. WAW. It was a mental and physical challenge,for both black belts and students.
Don-t worry if you did not made the class, next year will be 2009!!

Congratulations to my best friend Raluca Jianu. She is a shodan in Karate Kyokushin, many times romanian champion at forms and two times world champion. She retiered from the competition world this year after many years of success. We wish you good luck in the kyokushin world.
